Plan B

I drove all the way up to Brighton and as I got out of the car I realized I didn't have my wallet. Ahhh! So I started to drive back down the canyon pull off at the Spruces turn off.

Hiking up the Spruces in BIg Cottonwood Canyon in some deep powder. Along the way I found a sweet jump into some fresh powder. If anyone finds a yellow ski pole, its mine.

Psyched my self up to go for a back flip. Slow rotation and landed it. Although the powder was so deep so I just kind of lost everything.

Hanging Out

Went up half day with Rodney to ski at Park City. We skied our usual spots, Motherload, Jupiter, McConkeys. Soft but not much fresh snow.

Rib Cracker

Skied the slops hard. I had no energy because didn't eat much today, that was a big mistake. The snow soft in the trees. Trees are down all over the place witch makes for some kicker to junp off. I ended my day on the Saltan Mayflower side. Mayflower has a sweet line of cliffs. I dropped the first two with no problem, but on the third cliff I didn't have enough speed and I caught an edge of the cliff and double ejected my skis. Later on another run I was dropping down a cliff while holding out my ski pole with mt Gopro camera, I was off balane and I landed on my chest, flipped around and lost both my skis. I got the wind knocked out of me and my ribs were a little sor. My energy was gone and so was I.

For the short time I was at Alta I got in five runs. There was still some snow from a storm a few days ago. Skied off a few small drops. Hit a jump doing a pair of 180s and one 360.
